How we handle the small amount of information this website touches.
Who we are
CHIU FLIGHT SYSTEMS LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA, is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: [email protected], +44 7480 287020.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact or support forms: name, email, optional phone and organisation, the services you select and your message. We use it to reply to your enquiry, on the lawful basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests.
How it is sent
Forms are sent to a script on our own hosting that passes the message to our mailbox via the host’s mail system. The script does not store message contents. To limit abuse it temporarily keeps a pseudonymous (hashed) identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for up to fifteen minutes.
Retention
Enquiries are kept in our mailbox only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting relationship, then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels, embedded maps or external fonts. We set no cookies. The only item stored on your device is your cookie-banner choice, kept in your browser’s local storage under the key cfs-consent so the banner does not reappear. Non-essential cookies are not used; if that ever changes, we will ask first. You can reopen the settings using “Cookie settings” in the footer, or clear site data in your browser.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
